Hi, I'm Lorin and this is Letterly LLC.
A lifelong artist, I left the graphic design industry in 2015 in favor of dabbling in hand-lettered signage, with much of my work in home decor and wedding signs. Now focused on type-based murals as Letterly LLC, my mission is to beautify public and private spaces with individualized mural art, while championing disempowered/marginalized groups and charitable organizations, involving communities in artistic ownership, and maintaining a low environmental impact. Services
Traditional murals
Permanent walls with permanent art, indoors or outdoors, painted by Letterly with or without community participation. Spruce up your space, encourage foot traffic and tap into organic social media marketing.
Mobile Murals
Freestanding, portable walls with art as permanent as you would like it to be; can be delivered fully finished, live-painted during your event, or facilitated as a paint-by-numbers community project.
Window Art
Removable at the end of the season or the end of your lease, hand-painted window art brings more character to your storefront windows than vinyl can. Also available with live and interactive project elements.
Pricing
Project minimum
Beginning in 2025, Letterly's project minimum will be $1,500. Smaller projects may be considered, but priority will be given to the work that makes the best use of my time, furthering my business goals and expanding my portfolio.
Square footage rates
Murals and window art begin at $35 per square foot.
Additional costs
Variables that affect price per square foot include design complexity and wall texture. Additional costs may include specialized equipment rentals, non-commutable materials and excessive travel.
Payment Structure
A 25% retainer may be required to begin design work for larger projects, and a 50% deposit will be required to purchase materials and begin installation. Additional costs as described above are typically billed on top of the deposit. The final 50% of the project total will be due in order to complete the work and/or deliver the final product.
